If the goods are available from stock, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days. If not available from stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries — with no additional shipping costs. You'll receive an order confirmation with delivery details by e-mail once you've completed your order.

You pay directly when you complete your order in the shop — we do not issue invoices. Prices include value added tax. If you have a question about a payment, the best way to reach us is directly by e-mail or phone.

Complaints must be submitted in writing by post within 5 working days, together with the original proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defects. Unfortunately, we cannot process complaints submitted without proof of purchase or outside this deadline.

Business appointments and collections are only possible by prior arrangement — please contact us in advance to arrange a time. This way we can make sure someone is on site and your order is ready for you.

Shipping takes place within Switzerland. The exact shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and the chosen shipping method, and are shown to you in the cart before you complete your order.

Bulk orders for hospitality, hotels or resale are available on request. Just write to us via the contact form or directly by e-mail at shop@coconaut.ch — we'll get back to you with terms.
