Shipping conditions

Unless otherwise agreed, the shipping costs shown in the cart before you complete your order apply. If the goods are available from stock, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days. If not available from stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries — no additional shipping costs are charged in that case.

Orders / Terms of payment

Orders placed in the online shop are paid at checkout; no invoice is issued for them. On request — in particular for large orders for gastronomy, hospitality or resale — delivery against invoice is possible. In that case invoices are payable within 10 days; after this period a reminder fee of CHF 5.00 may be charged, and CHF 10.00 for the second reminder. For good reasons Fight Connection Nakonieczny may ship an order only after prepayment. Prices include value added tax.

Conclusion of contract

The buyer undertakes to accept the products under the conditions stated on the website and to transfer the sales price. Fight Connection Nakonieczny must be informed immediately of any error in an order.

Transfer of ownership

Products change hands only after the customer has paid for them. If an order is not paid within the specified period, the customer undertakes to return the goods; the customer bears the shipping costs.

Offer and prices

All offers and prices on the website are non-binding and without guarantee. Errors or changes to goods and prices are reserved.

Disclaimer

All products distributed by Fight Connection Nakonieczny are subject to the strictest controls of the respective manufacturer. The respective manufacturer is solely liable for the quality of its products.

Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

Swiss law applies, even for orders placed from abroad or deliveries made abroad. Place of fulfilment and exclusive place of jurisdiction is Switzerland. Fight Connection Nakonieczny is also entitled to sue at your general place of jurisdiction.

Severability clause

Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected; invalid provisions are replaced by valid ones that come as close as possible to the economic intent. The same applies to any loopholes.

Data protection

The seller assures that personal data will be treated in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act. Customer data collected is used only for internal market research and evaluations. Data is passed to partner companies solely for the proper processing of orders. Details in our Privacy Policy.

Complaints / withdrawal / returns

Complaints must be submitted in writing by post within 5 working days. Defects must be returned immediately with the original proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defects. Returns must arrive in original packaging or perfect condition. For verifiable defects a replacement delivery follows; if not possible, the customer may withdraw from the purchase.

Miscellaneous

Fight Connection Nakonieczny reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. Changes will be communicated/published accordingly.

Internet presence / links

Fight Connection Nakonieczny has no influence on linked websites. Liability for incorrect information or unlawful actions is excluded.
