  • 1 can of Coconaut® Original 320 ml

  • 1 kiwi, peeled and cut into pieces

  • 1 handful of baby spinach

  • 1/2 avocado, diced

  • 1/4 cup oatmeal

  • Juice of half a lime

  • Some ice cubes (optional)

  1. Add the Coconaut® coconut water to the blender.

  2. Add kiwi, spinach, avocado and oatmeal.

  3. Squeeze in the lime juice.

  4. For extra freshness, you can add a few ice cubes.
