COCONAUT SWITZERLAND / FIGHT CONNECTION

Shipping Terms

Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, the shipping costs listed under the “Shipping Costs” section apply. If the item is in stock, delivery will be made within 2 working days. If the item is not available from stock, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. In this case, no additional shipping fees will be charged.

Orders / Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid within 10 days. After this period, a reminder fee of CHF 5.00 may be charged, and CHF 10.00 for a second reminder. For valid reasons, Fight Connection Nakonieczny may only ship orders after prepayment. All prices include VAT.

Contract Agreement

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to accept the products under the stated conditions and to transfer the payment. If an error occurs during ordering, it must be reported to Fight Connection Nakonieczny immediately.

Transfer of Ownership

Products remain the property of Fight Connection Nakonieczny until full payment is received. If payment for an invoiced order is not received within the deadline, the buyer agrees to return the goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Offers and Prices

All offers and prices on the website are non-binding and subject to change. We reserve the right to correct errors or modify prices and products at any time.

Disclaimer of Liability

All products sold by Fight Connection Nakonieczny are subject to strict manufacturer quality control. Therefore, only the respective manufacturer is liable for the product's quality. By placing an order, you confirm that Fight Connection Nakonieczny is not responsible for any claims or complications.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law applies, even for international orders and deliveries. The place of fulfillment and sole jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland. Fight Connection Nakonieczny may also bring legal action at your local court.

Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Invalid provisions will be replaced with ones that closely match the original intent. The same applies if any gaps in these terms are identified.

Data Protection

Customer data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act and related legal regulations. Data is used only for internal analysis and order processing. Data is only shared with partner companies when necessary. The customer agrees to this data use.

Complaints / Withdrawal / Returns

Complaints must be submitted in writing via post within 5 working days. If a product is defective upon delivery, it must be returned immediately with the original receipt and a detailed defect description. Returned products must be in original packaging or perfect condition. Valid complaints will result in a replacement. If no replacement is available, the customer may withdraw from the purchase or agree on a refund.

Miscellaneous

Fight Connection Nakonieczny reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated or published accordingly.
