🥥 Ingredients for about 8 pancakes:
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup Coconaut® coconut water
1/2 cup wheat flour or oat flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Vegetable oil for frying
Maple syrup, honey or fresh fruit to serve (optional)
🛠️ Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients (oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon) well.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with the Coconaut® coconut water (and vanilla extract, if desired).
Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix gently until a homogeneous dough is formed.
